Link Open Verifier

Overview

These tools are intended for experimentation, interoperability testing, and demonstration of wallet verification flows aligned with European Digital Identity Wallet standards.

The platform exposes several verifier implementations supporting different presentation mechanisms and credential types.

Available Verification Capabilities

1. Proximity Presentation Verifier

More details available here.

2. PID Presentation Verifier (Online) using ISO/IEC 18013-7 Annex B

The playground also exposes an online verifier for PID (Person Identification Data) presentation.

This flow allows a relying party to request identity attributes from the wallet through a remote interaction.

Typical characteristics:

  • Online presentation flow
  • Interaction initiated through QR code or link
  • Compatible with wallet-based authentication flows
  • Allows requesting identity attributes contained in the PID credential

This verifier is primarily intended for service providers integrating wallet-based identity verification in online services.

3. Age Verification using ISO/IEC 18013-7 Annex B

The playground includes a dedicated verifier demonstrating age verification based on ISO/IEC 18013-7 Annex B.

This flow enables selective disclosure of age-related information without revealing unnecessary personal data.

  • Verification of age conditions (e.g., age over 18)
  • Uses mechanisms defined in ISO/IEC 18013-7 Annex B
  • Demonstrates privacy-preserving attribute disclosure
