Patronymus¶

Patronymus is a service that lets anyone share and prove their identity over the phone. It is an online service protecting enterprises against social engineering and frauds by allowing their employees to control the identity of people contacting them by phone or visio calls..

Issuing cards¶

Testing within the Playground¶

This test is using the delivery of a card issued by Patronymus and used by our Progressive Wallet App to identify the holder when talking over the phone or a visio call. This card can also be used to authenticate to some of our demo sites.

During the issuance process, you will be redirected to a page where the verification of PID coming from a EUDI Wallet.

Technical requirements¶

The page asking for a PID is currently under development based on the availability of a small subset of EUDI Wallets (which are also following a development process at this time).

OpenID4VP Draft 18¶

The version of OpenID4VP currently supported is version draft 18 in the jwt format. We are in the process of upgrading the openid4vp version and formats supported.

OpenID4VP 1.0¶

The intended goal is to provide an interface that will validate the verification of a PID provided by an EUDI Wallet supporting openid4vp version 1.0, both in mdoc and sd-jwt formats.
