Digital Identity Testbed¶
Relying Party Simulator - Analyze Your Digital Identity Wallet Behavior
Experimental playground for wallet interaction and integration.
The Relying Party Simulator acts as a remote verifier and provides an interactive environment for testing digital identity wallet presentation flows.
It is designed to help developers and integrators quickly validate how their digital identity wallet behaves during real-world credential presentation scenarios.
The platform simulates a relying party environment and enables testing of wallet interoperability using multiple mobile documents (mdocs) based on ISO/IEC 18013-7 and OpenID4VP 1.0 presentation mechanisms.
Supported Credential Types¶
Users can initiate transactions using different credential types, including:
- mDL - Mobile Driving License
- PID - Personal Identification Data
- mICOV - Mobile International Certificate of Vaccination
- mVRC - Mobile Vehicle Registration Certificate
Supported Presentation Protocols¶
The simulator currently supports presentation flows aligned with:
- ISO/IEC 18013-7:2025
- OpenID4VP 1.0
How It Works¶
During each interaction, the simulator generates a detailed transaction log.\ This allows developers to analyze the request and response exchange between the wallet and the relying party.
Developers can use this information to understand wallet behavior, debug integrations, and evaluate interoperability.
Purpose¶
This simulator is intended as a development playground to:
- Experiment with wallet interactions
- Validate integration behavior
- Explore presentation scenarios
- Support early-stage development and demonstrations
