Use this page for issues that are specific to the Partenaires application or to the test environment. For protocol-level checks, use the dedicated OID4VCI Draft 13 issuance guide and OID4VP 1.0 presentation guide.
Common application issues¶
The backend supports five activated instances for each profile. If the limit is reached, the onboarding process must be repeated when opening the application.
If an error screen appears during initialization, clear the application cache and local data, then repeat the initialization process.
Before reporting a failure¶
For a useful report, include the following without sharing secrets or complete credentials:
- Partenaires platform: Android or iOS;
- app version and build number;
- device model and operating-system version;
- flow: initialization, issuance, proximity presentation, or remote presentation;
- credential type and protocol profile;
- timestamp and the visible error;
- verifier or issuer URL, if relevant;
- redacted server-side HTTP status and protocol error.
Do not include pre-authorized codes, access tokens, private keys, complete proof JWTs, or raw credential contents in a ticket.
